Michael Nosko learned the home building business through his family’s
construction company building modular homes, panelized homes and custom
site built homes in Northeast Michigan. After building a couple hundred
panelized and modular homes throughout Michigan, it was clear that a
custom site built home could be constructed for about the same price by
reducing profit margins (not quality). Our
focus is on our client’s needs not huge margins.
Our website was designed to allow home buyers, modular home or stick
built, the opportunity to compare apples to apples, home package pricing.
Of course, we will provide a turn-key home from foundation to shingles or
just the basic home package. The website displays our most popular models;
custom design packages are just as available.
